Going to Buy or Sell a Home? Do your Homework!
If you are going to buy a home, or sell a home in a particular area, doing your homework is essential!
It helps you keep your expectations in line with reality. The "market" is made up of all the people who are buying, and all of the people who are selling. The market prices improvements, locations, home style, home size and everything else.
You can start working with me to do your homework, long before you buy or sell. You don't have to wait until you want to do something right away.
If you'd like to get started with your homework -- or just get the results of on-going homework delivered to you on a regular basis, give me a call at (360)929-6327 or use my contact form.
